Kyle M. Quaranta is a graduate of the University of Baltimore with his B.S. in Accounting and his M.B.A. in Finance. Kyle is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of both the AICPA and MACPA. He has over 10 years of experience across the public and private sectors.

Previously, Kyle worked at Cohen & Company (formerly Arthur Bell, Certified Public Accountants) as a Senior Accountant in the Alternative Investment/Hedge Fund Tax Department.  He was responsible for preparing and filing 1065’s for the funds and K-1’s for the investors. His experience includes commodity pools, long/short equity funds, fund-of-funds, and cryptocurrencies.

While at Sterling Partners, a Baltimore based private equity firm focused in healthcare and education, Kyle was an Accountant for the Management Company.  His responsibilities included maintaining the budget for the firm, as well as preparing quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.

When not busy helping clients, Kyle is an avid golfer.
