Philip E. Huber, Sr. is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the AICPA and MACPA.

Since 1976, Phil has been President of Huber & Weakland, P.C., Certified Public Accountants, and its predecessors. The firm focused on tax and accounting services for local individuals and small businesses. Prior to starting his own company, he worked for five years at a Big 5 firm.

Previously, Phil functioned as Chairman of the Board of a 20,000-member health maintenance organization.

He continues to serve as a Member of the Investment Committee of a high net worth family, whom he has worked with since 1980.

Phil received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola College.

When not working, Phil enjoys time with his grandchildren and playing golf.
